KT 76A Transponder
The KT 76A is a Class 1A transponder providing maximum performance at altitudes up to 35,000 feet. This compact unit was among the first of Bendix/King's avionics to incorporate Large Scale Integrated (LSI)circuitry, reducing both weight and power requirements. And today, its design efficiency and rugged construction offer a near-ideal balance of performance, reliability and value.
KT 76C Transponder
The Bendix/King 76C transponder is a radio transmitter/receiver which operates on radar frequencies. Receiving ground radar interrogations at 1030 MHz, it returns a coded response of pulses to ground based radar-or airborne TCAS receivers-on a frequency of 1090 MHz.
KX 155 and 165 Nav/Com
Simplicity, reliability and capability are key characteristics of the KX 155 and KX 165 Nav Nav/Comm. These high-quality, time-tested systems make "stay ahead" frequency pre-planning effortless. Both the NAV and COMM frequency displays incorporate the popular "flip-flop" preselect feature. This function allows pilots to set up en route or approach frequency changeovers well in advance of the actual transition point of ATC handoff sequence, for true "stay ahead" flight management.
KX 155A and 165A Glideslope Receivers
The KX 155A and KX 165A update the concept of the combined navigation and communications radio for the 21st century. With such features as programmable Comm channels, support for 8.33kHz Comm tuning (KX 165A only), GPS QuickTune, multiple operating modes, remote channel increment with flip-flop tuning and a built-in timer, the KX 155A and KX 165A match a sophisticated appearance with advanced capabilities.
